Today on Broad Talk we were talking about the green smoothies and Amazing Grass products Burton and I are eating. Here is a link to the Amazing Grass website and the Whole Living article I read about them.
Also, the recipe for the green smoothie that I was talking about follows;
1 large handful of spinach, kale, or any lettuce (I like spinach best!)
1 banana (frozen if you’d like)
1 cup water (or maybe ice and water)
1 tsp of honey
Blend on high until well blended and enjoy. (Maybe not the first drink or the first glass, but by day two you’ll be surprised how good it tastes!)
